I'm trying mine with an omlette, but not holding out much hope it will be eaten!

Lasagne made with leftover sauce from last night's spaghetti bolognese, with broccoli on the side.

We had pancakes for breakfast cos we ran out of cereal.

They've had brown rice with a kidney bean stew with a bit of feta cheese to make it palatable.

A sort of smoked bacon, celery, carrot and green lentil stew thing.

Live in France though so isn't actually bacon but like a big hunk of smoked pig, very tasty.

Kids going through a nice, liking everything and tucking in with gusto phase, not that they are too bad normally.

Greensleeves · 09/12/2009 18:38

tomato soup with cheese on and rolls, with home-made truffles for pud

starlight99 · 09/12/2009 18:39

ok this is all going a bit too healthy for my liking.

why won't my DD eat things like brown rice and lentil stew?

DD had fishfingers, mash, baby corn and green beans. She chose as I already had stuff sorted for me and DH - which we should have had yesterday. She had school lunch (beef cobbler I think) earlier.

Guad · 09/12/2009 19:29

pizza express

DD went to a make your own pizza party and of course they smell lovely when you drop them off and you fancy them for tea.

Francagoestohollywood · 09/12/2009 19:29

Meatballs in tomato sauce and rice. We normally eat the same things, but tonight I made curry for me and dh.

nappyzonecantrunfortoffee · 09/12/2009 19:33
