What do I do with all my old nappies?

I have loads of nappies - tiny little ones, birth to potty ones, squares, etc. I have tried freecycling them, but no one seems to want them.

Are there organisations that can make use of used but perfectly good nappies? I'd hate to throw them out.

by 'used' Im assuming you mean 'open' ?? Try your local womens refuge or womens centre - I work in one and we would take them.

The Nappy Shed sends any type of nappy or wrap to an orphanage in Zambia. Check out the deatils here, and at the bottom of the Orphanage page is a linkto the orphanage so that you can see where they're going.

That's brill - thanks very much.

(Sorry - should have said that they were cloth nappies! Even I wouldn't dream of offering used reusable nappies )

What a lovely thing to do NappyShedSal - I've bookmarked your page so that I can send you any nappies and wraps that might be suitable.
