I haven't even started debating the hold the NMC has over it's professional mebers, the non-research based aspects of NICE guidelines, the fact tht CTGs don't actually improve outcomes, the obsession we have with paperwork, the pointless and invasive VEs and the arbitrary ridiculous rules we are supposed to abide by.
I have a feeling she just doesn't understand me.
just need to get some boxes ticked and move on but it is going to be very hard to bite my tongue over the next few weeks.
