DS friend at school has told people she is having a boob job at Christmas!

DS1 aged 7 came home today and told me that X's Mum is having a boob job at Christmas, to make them smaller and went into detail about the operation.

He said he was not to tell anyone as it's a secret, but he 'only told' about 5 friends according to my DS!

I know the Mum in question, quite well, shall I tell her he has been telling his classmates?

Her boobs look fine to me FWIW!

I think if you know her reasonably well then you ought to say. She can maybe have another word about what she meant by "secret"!
