Party Bags for siblings coming to DS party

DS5 is having a birthday party at home for a few school friends. Two of the parents have asked if I mind if they bring siblings as no-one to look after them. Have said of course not a problem. One is 2 and other is 7.

Do I give them party bags as well (it's just that I've not enough bags, only just asked by parents and party in 2 days)?

Have had lots of parties before for older DC's but never had this happen before.

I always give siblings a party bag as they fall apart if they don't get one - especially if they are younger siblings.

I think I'll put something together for the 2 extras.
