Hey

Any advice or help on the following would be appreciated.

My 8 wo dd had her first jabs on Monday and since then shes been a different baby. Shes has been so upset and getting worked up to the point of a blue face with sobbing.

She wont even latch on now without a fight.

She is sobbing herself to sleep and even when she is sleeping she is wimpering and shuddering like she has had a fright.

She hasnt had a smile since then, not even her usual post feed ones.

She doesnt have a temp and Calpol has had no effect. I'm still getting normal pee / poo nappies so thats alright.

I've had no break and the way she looks at me is breaking my heart.

Anyone got anything they could suggest?

Sounds not right and dreadful for you both.
No advice really other than talk to Health Visitor ( are they still called that ? ) ,but bumping thread in hope others can help.

Go to GP. My ds had some screaming and unsettled-ness, but better to get it checked.

It is likely she is just feeling grotty.
