Tooth Fairy

Please can anyone help with a tooth fairy question......

My DD(7) had a wobbly tooth, which she has swallowed today. She has left a note for the tooth fairy, to ask if she can still have some money despite having no tooth to put under the pillow.

However, she has asked the question "What do you do with all the teeth?" and I can't think of a good answer for the tooth fairy to respond with.

Can anyone help??

Uses them for tiny weeny building blocks for fairy castles.

Tooth fairies can't write so unfortunately will not be able to leave a response...however sometimes they leave a glitter trail to the window where they have come in....

Makes necklaces... lots and lots of necklaces...

Thank you. I wish I had such a creative mind......I couldn't think of anything. I'll go with the fairy castles, she'll like the idea of that.

My DD reckons that they carve them into miniature statues of the owner to remind them of who they have visited.

saves them for all the new babies?

I told mine the fairies carved them into little statues - sure I got that from an Enid Blyton book when I was a kid?

I just love that mine still believe in fairies when they seem to grow up so quickly these days.

My four year old has recently lost her first two bottom teeth and I told her (and wrote on her letter from the tooth fairy) that she was going to use them at her tooth castle for flower pots! She loves that she is going to do that with them!

dolly - sorry but your DD makes no sense whatsoever - if they didn't collect them they wouldn't need to remember who they'd visited??????

Everyone knows they use them for necklaces, or as money (mind you maybe they DO use them for brinks...)

Greensleeves- saving them for the new babies; how sweet is that! DS hasn't lost any teeth yet but that is definitely why they'll be collected from this house!
