4 week old - dirty nappies

Hi all

First time mum so ALL of this is new to me. Just wondering how many dirty nappies a 4 week old should have in an average day (is there such a thing???). My baby has a dirty nappy at almost every change - is this ok? He is a VERY windy baby, not sure if that's relevant?
Thanks in advance.

entirely normal for this age! But in a couple of weeks, there'll be just wet nappies, and dirty ones only occasionally.
