Does anyone understand the OU grading scale for a degree?

I can't seem to find any info on the website

Is it as simple as -

Grade 1 pass = 1st class
Grade 2 pass = 2.1
Grade 3 pass = 2.2
Grade 4 pass = 3rd?

or more complicated than that?
