Hi
What do you think my ds will be 9 December and previous years I have done the mince pie, glass of coke for santa, and the carrot for Rudolph.
Will he be too old this year.

My DS2 was 10 last Christmas and I knew he was a non-believer. He knew I knew and I knew he knew I knew but we kept up the pretence. It wasn't the same.
I did this because I made a mistake wwith DS1 when he was 7 he told me he didn't believe in Santa and I just said Ok but you must pretend for your little brother. With hindsight I realise I could have talked him into believing for another year or two.

My DD's 8 and knows Santa isn't real. She knows what her main present is and has been to see it! (Rat cage in pet shop)

We will still do the Santa thing as it's fun. I think I'd do it even if it was just me

Oh she is having pet rats btw, not just a cage!

dd1 is nearly ten
she 'knows' really but dd2 and 3 are 4 and 2

so we definitely do it in our house and dd1 likes to play along anyway

My dd is nearly 10. She will be doing it - doesnt believe but she wouldnt want not to do it either!!
