Where can I get trousers to fit slim child!

Does anyone know where I can buy trousers to fit my children's waists??!! They are slim kids and nothing I buy fits them, everything falls down or I end up having to take them in. Button elastics are OK but make them look as if they have nappies on. I particularly need jogging bottoms, navy, for a 6 yo girl. Help! The ones from Next literally fell off her which was quite funny but no use for running about in...

I find the adjustable waists too bulky as well, have to pull them in too far for them to be comfortable for dd to wear. She often complains that they are itchy next to her skin

Tesco & Asda are the worst for sizes, always amazed at how big some of their stuff is
