All I could do is tell you what my dd has to eat in a day and you can see how it compares.
In the morning (7.30/8ish) she has 1 weetabix with milk or a bowl of cheerios (she will often ask for cheerios after her weetabix and I will give her a handful with a little milk). She has 1-2 ounces of milk with breakfast out of an open top cup.
She normally has a snack mid-morning - a few small breadsticks, some pieces of apple or grapes, cheesy crackers, etc (I dont give her all of these at once - these are just examples!!) along with a drink of water/very diluted juice.
She has a nap for 1 1/2 hours or so and has lunch around 1.30/2pm - has 1 slice of cheese on toast or a cheese toasty or a small bowl of soap with a slice of toast or toast and spaghetti hoops, etc (she normally has some form of toast at lunch...lol) - she also has a small yoghurt and has a drink of water/juice
There is no time for an afternoon snack really as lunch is around 5.30/6ish - cheesy vegetable pasta, pasta bolognaise, haggis, tatties and neeps (yes she does like it!), chicken, mashed potatoes and peas, etc, etc - I also give yoghurt/custard/small ice cream with this meal too along with a drink of water/juice
She then has a small avent magic cup of milk before bed (around 5/6ounces).
From 1 year the minimum intake of milk is 350mls (around 12 ounces) and that includes milk on cereal, in food, in cooking and also any dairy products they are having.
Sorry for rambling but hope its useful to you.
