Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If he had it for lunch and has been OK since I would imagine he'd be fine?

(or are you scared of tutting lunchtime supervisors talking about you behind your bac )

seeker · 30/09/2009 17:44

Only 4 days? He'll be fine. There's loads of safety margin built into the sell-by dates.

Once had a talk by a Danone senior manager who said that yoghurt was better for you about a week after the sell by date and definitely fine for two weeks after

Sometimes I think the dates put on yoghurt and fromage frais are just to get us to buy more.

I've started sniffing the pots and I've eaten stuff a week out of date...the dates are just silly for some products.
