Worried my big boy wakes at this time every night shaking and crying half asleep. He can hear me say things to him but he cannot tell me why this is happening. In the daytime he does not recall waking up. He is v. attached to me but happy at school and doing well.
Thinking of sleep clinic or child psch to help me. Any ideas how to solve this?
