Nappy q...i think!

hiya, think this is a q for the nappy room!##forgive me if im being dense anywho!

i'm a nanny and myself and the parents would like dm to come swimming when i take the eldest 2, she is 6 mnths and wearing bumgenius nappies, have got a swim nappy from somewhere and am wondering what goes under the swim nappy...like what do you oput it over?!

A swim nappy is used alone usually, but dont put it on until you get to the pool. It doesnt have good absorbency for obvious reasons, but should hold a poo.
