Is it OK to use bepanthen with cloth nappies?
Using a fleece liner.

Thanks in advance.

with a fleece liner - metanium can stain your nappies. Can I suggest silver nappy liners to help with nappy rash? The silver is a natural healant - use like a fleece or silk liner - nappywardrobe/ecoearth sell them.

I have used metanium with fleece on some of the older nappies and its been OK but wont risk with best ones then! Its the only thing that seems to work for little M. I will look into silver nappy liners, I had a silk one for F but I didnt reckon much to it.

No I wasn't overly impressd with silk either tbh
