Turkish Speaking Mums & Kids for playdate

Hi all,

I am a bi-lingual mum, trying desperately to keep up my DD's (age 4) Turkish speaking skills single handedly but as a working busy mum, I am sometimes too tired to provide any practice. Her dad does not speak Turkish and no Turkish speaking friends & family nearby either.

Any other Mumsnetters who are willing to do occasional get-togethers, to socialise and at the same time help out our little ones to practice and make friends? We live in SE London, therefore Central and SE London, as well as NE Kent / Dartford / Gravesend etc would be reasonable to travel to / from for us for some socialising.

Any other suggestions for me to try, apart from the obvious one: to keep trying to speak to her in Turkish all the time...

Many thanks...
