Had a chilli the last couple of nights for tea. My once chilled 9 week old has been quite unsettled since. Can I put it down to the chilli and avoid such foods in the future? I should know better as this is baby number 2!

i have found that eating spicy foods (all my faves ) will the next day give my 3 month old terrible wind pains and lots of thick spewing!

Poor wee guy - it took me three meals of spicy kung po from the chinese before i made the connection...
