wow she's taking the piss

some folk are never grateful, I'd just say "we are leaving at **time, if you aren't here I'll miss you"

rubyslippers · 19/08/2009 09:50

my initial reaction to this is tough

10 mins late is forgiveable - 45 mins is not

if you have to go out, then go out

TheDailyMailHatesWomenAndLemon · 19/08/2009 09:54

You said you had to go out at 10, so go out. She may learn not to take the piss when people are helping her out of the goodness of their hearts.

I would really b nnoyed and I think at some point I would have said something to her. I have had a similar issue with a friend wh is forever making arrangements that she never follows through. I got so irritated one day that I shouted at her that I did not want to see her anymore , my advice is that you do not wait as I did until yu really cannot take it anymore. Some people think that because you know them enough to be prepared for them to be late they do not need to make any effort whatsoever to actually try and be on time!
