How to lanolise using Lansinoh?

I have a half used tube of Lansinoh to use up. I read somewhere that I could use it to lanolise my wool shorties but not entirely sure how to do this. Can anyone help?

I use a squirt of lansinoh and a squirt of baby shaampoo into a jamjar. Add very hot water and shake to mix. Pour into a bucket and top up with cool water to suitable temperature. Add woollies and leave them to soak. Squeeze out gently and dry.
