Really need help regarding 22m old houdini

DS2 keeps slipping his arms out of the straps of his car seat. I am so scared he will get out of the seat completely.
I know there is a device you can buy which is meant to stop this happening whats it called and has anyone got any other ideas?

There is a device but it is not reccomended by the emergency services because in an accident they may not be able to get the child out of the car quickly and there is a risk of it breaking in an accident and hurting your child.

have you looked on the rospa website? There is a page all about this problem.
