Unbearable daddy phase

My DD (22 mo) is going through a major daddy phase. It's not that she doesn't seem to like me when I'm around or on my own with her, but when DH is about she's a completely different child. He's always given into her - although he s trying to change things - and when he's about she's whingy, cligy, bad-tempered etc. She won't walk when we're out and about as a family or go in the pushchair, she'll just go in front of DH, say "Scary cars! Scary grass! Scary flowers!" and demand to be picked up.

Is this just a phase? It's a bit of a nightmare at the mo!

Probably just a phase - make the most of it and let dh take over!
