Feeding probs!

I am having so many probs with my ds2!! I feel like I can't cope!
He is only drinking 2 oz of milk at a time, therefore meaning that he is hungry again very quickly. He is taking over an hour to take the 2 oz, and so only sleeps for about 40 min between each feed!
Has anyone any tips to making him drink more and go for longer?
I have found that discussing this with my health visitor pointless!
Any advice would be great!

Hi how old is he? when my ds was little he would fall asleep after few oz (at night)so I would change his nappy or something to wake him up & get a bit more into him. Also try wiggling the bottle a bit or tapping the end of it if he is dozing off.

what age is your lo? Have you tried a faster teat?

Thanks Seona, tried the teat and so far so good! Hadn't even crossed my mind! I am keepig my fingers crossed that it wasn't a fluke! What would I do without this website?!!!!

Oh no-one ever tells you about the different teats - it's so frustrating!!! I had the same probs but trying a faster teat sorted it every time!
