Would you discuss your seven year old DDs potty training problems on national TV?

Just seen a mum on BBC breakfast news talking about her 7 year DD who is still in nappies. Wondering how her DD will feel at school this week.

I don't think her DD will feel much worse than she already does wearing nappies to school. It's bizarre to me that a child can be old enough to change their own nappy but not just use a toilet. Does the child have learning delays?
