Can anyone recommend a postnatal doula in north London? Plus a couple of questions....

I have a two year old and am expecting number two in October. We have decided to get some help in the weeks after dh goes back to work and I reckon a postnatal doula is what I'm after. Do you think she would come for two or three weeks before so my toddler can get to know her before the baby comes? Anyone else had one and tell me about their experience? And any recommendations would be great.

Thanks
