positive thinking

Can anyone recommend a book (or even dvd if such a thing exists) with tips on how to take life positively, preferably with some reference to motherhood? I am a mum of 2 (3years and 15months) and my husband works very long hours & often weekends so am doing most parenting on my own. Money is also very tight this year, which doesn't help matters. I feel I'm on edge a lot of the time and worked up easily. Things have improved as terrible twos seem to be mainly behind us - but I fear I'm spending too much time wishing away the days to get to bed time and not appreciating my children enough. I will regret it if I don't start enjoying day to day life a bit more, because they really are gorgeous, and before I know it they will be grown up! When we do have a rare 'family day' I absolutely love it and love being with them so much. (I do have lots of mum friends so don't think I'm depressed or anything I just need to take a more positive outlook on life in these hard but very special years)

I don't know if it's what you're looking for, or any good because it hasn't arrived yet but I've just ordered this
