Does the fact that I just hoovered BabyG make me more or less of a slattern?

Just finished hoovering the whole of teh ground floor (no mean blardy feat) and noticed BabyG was still in his highchair with all his toast bits on him and in his chair - I got the nozzle of the hoover and sucked all the big bits of toast, hesitated, then ran it over his clothes!

He didn't mind, he just looked a bit startled

I suspect the answer is "more of a slattern"

Less, surely. You did clean him after all so that counts for something.

this is acceptable behaviour, my children have been hosed down in the garden after a particularly muddy walk in the woods...hoovering them wouldn't faze them in the least!

ROFL

Less of a slattern in my book, my ds would have just spent the day walking around with a smattering of crumbs on him!

less of a slattern-you made effective use of the tools available

Excellent, I love this - if only my hoover wasn't a robot on the floor
I think I will buy a dust buster just for this!

EyeballsintheSky · 01/08/2009 10:39

Totally reasonable. Am tempted to hoover toast crumbs off dd now but she has no clothes on and I suspect it might smart a little

Oh good, I'm glad it gets MN seal of approval!

(Kbear have you been here all night?)
