1st night without pull ups....Advice please

DS has gone commando tonight with no pull ups on. He's 4.5 years and most mornings is fairly dry.

What do I do if I go and check him tonight and he's wet but alseep? Do I leave him or wake him up and change him?

Whip his pj bottoms off without waking him and put fresh ones on then a towel under him so he's laying on a dry bed. He might get cold/sore (and def smelly!) otherwise.
