DD2[2.6yrs] has started weeing during the day and wetting bed at night..

DD2 has been dry of a day from 18mths and of a night for 6 weeks. However the last week she has wet herself at least once during the day and every night for the past 4 nights. What can I do to help her?

Does she have a UTI or is she getting back molars?

nope neither. She got her back molars really early and had all her teeth by 2.
She stayed dry last night but has wet herself this morning
