help! i have a one year old that doesn't go to bed to 9pm and wakes about 4am for a bottle then is up at 6am. now due twins and would really like him to sleep through the night. do you think i should try letting him cry himself back to sleep when we wakes for bottle. have tried this in the past and boy did he scream.
