Couldn't decide whether to put this in Food or Children's Health, but here will do. Ds has had red pepper in his poo for days now. We've not eaten red pepper for weeks.

Lots of chunks of red pepper. A main ingredient in the poo. What could it be? Should I be worried.

Dh and I are wracking our brains but can't think of anything red we've eaten.

HuffwardlyRouge · 15/07/2009 19:38

Not crayon.

He's 15 months.

Still pooing red pepper today. Still not eaten red pepper.

tomatoes? carrots? fruit snacks? spag bol? strawberries? plums?

What HAS he eaten? Bet there's something red in a sauce somewhere.

HuffwardlyRouge · 15/07/2009 19:52

None of those things.

Maybe tinned tomato in things... could that be it?

I'm going to do an experiment; tomorrow we're having red pepper and I'll see what happens.

Could the red be blood?
