I am doing Race for life with dd on Sunday, she is 9 months old! Doing it with her on my back.
Hope it's a good idea!
Looking foreward to it though.

Good luck.

My mum did it a couple of weeks ago and she had a fantastic time. She said the atmosphere was great.

She's nearly 60 and took 58 minutes to walk it.

I'm sure you'll have a lovely time.

Will let you guys know if we have any funny episodes! Going to post photo of her with medal after race.

Calmriver have a great time. i did it 10 days ago and was really impressed by how many mums and daughters I saw.
One woman was running while giving her 5yo dd a piggyback!
There was a wonderful atmosphere, walking or running and it was fab.
Want to do it with dd next yr but she?ll be not quite 5 and it might be a bit much for her...?

It will be great provided the weather is good, She will be in a backpack, so easy for her I'm sure!
Bit difficult when they grow out of them, and are still bit young to walk.
Should be a great day, thanks

Good luck Calmriver

When I did it a couple of weeks ago there was a lady with her 10 week old daughter in a sling!

The oldest at our race was 89 years old! Wow!

Justmummy - well done to your Mum, I walked it in 58m 32secs!
