I've got DS (4) and DD (2). Every single night without fail one or both of them won't stay in bed and go to sleep.
One of them is usually dog tired and nods off after their four bedtime stories.
I'm up and down the stairs, after having got them a drink, hug and a kiss, putting he/she back in bed time after time. This can sometimes go on beyond ten pm.
They just don't get the message that bedtime is bedtime and that is that.
I'm so tired come the end of the day, my patience wears very thin. I snap and then they usually cry. It's really not good.
Any tips? Please?
