3 week old baby - poo comes out fizzing - is this normal?

It is like fizzing foam when it comes out - she is on trimethoprim anti-biotics. Do you think this is the cause?

My diet is pretty normal.

Yes. Antibiotics can cause the runs. Should settle down when done. Was it like this before ABs?

I can definitely remember fizzing and that was without abs!

Yup, had the same with my DS (although not DD). I just assumed it was where he had swallowed wind/air when feeding and I hadn't got it all up (and what goes in has got to come out!). I was rather impressed with it myself.

Call the doctor... probably antibiotics and it'll probably give her heinous nappy rash.
