Sorry to be so personal , but I was just wondering because after DS1 it was 11 months, after DS2 10 months and DD is nearly 12 months now and still no sign. I know this sounds strange, but I'm really wanting them now because I like knowing where I am with things. I'm sure things must start rebooting now.

Anyone beyond 12 months?

There was a thread on this just last week I think. Lots of people posted and the response was really varied, 12 months was well within normal.

FWIW I'm very jealous! Just 5 months here. I was hoping for much longer.

Oh ta, I'll look that thread up. I've been offline for a while.

Come to think of it I think the thread was the other way round - the OP was worried they'd come back too soon I think?

Oh dear stilll waiting here...still bfing though and he is just two.

I am fed up and want more babies!!!

AnathemaDevice · 28/06/2009 14:11

I'm very jealous- I'm exclusively BFing on demand, they came back when DS was 10 weeks old. I was not impressed!

lagaanisace · 28/06/2009 22:21

thanks, lowrib. Jumente - two years? Yes, I'm bfing. I'd be fed up, too, if I was wanting more.

10 weeks, 2 years - I had no idea there was such a wide margin!

Yes it is a bit unpredictable I think! I stopped bfing at 16mo last time and they came back almost straight away. So it might just be that. He still has a lot of milk.
