really tired and lethargic after first immunisations

My DD had her first immunisations today and has been very tired and groggy since, wegave her some calpol as advised by th DR.
shiukd I be worried??

My DS was exactly the same after his 1st jabs and he was fine the next day. I was worried too but others on here said their DC were the same.

Oh thank you so much. Ive been worrying myself sick about it. She is grizzling on and off which I was expecting but I imagined it to be full on screaming for a couple of days and she just seems to be very tired.

My dd slept a lot after all her immunisations - and she had a bit of a reaction (lots of swelling at the injection site) after the first (poor thing woke up screaming but was fine after an almighty vomit ). Just keep an eye out for the things they tell you (is it a high temp? can't remember now). If you're worried don't feel silly about calling someone.
