What % of Britain is classed as ethnic minority?

I am doing a community profile on my placement and know from local council website that 91.3% of the city placement is in is white british.

Does anyone know what percentage of england and wales is white british. I have found a couple of statistics on web sites but they are from 2001 and I need figures as of at least 2007?

Sorry to ask such a big favour but am going stir crazy going through everything on google.
