He is very resistant to it and cries for a nappy if I put pants on him.
He has no idea he is peeing until it reaches his feet.

I am not a fan of using sweets/stickers, so what the hell do I do? He is the only child in our group who is still in nappies and I am beginning to feel like a pariaha.

peppa ah, that explains it - they must have switched somewhere along the line as DS1 was a week late - due 7th but didn't arrive until 14th

Just to let you know, you are not alone. My ds is 2.10 and not trained and I can't see him being trained by the time he's 3. I know how you feel, he has always been so quick with other things and has had excellent speech from an early age. It seems that he is the only one of his peers who is not trained. tbh I've given up, an older woman at toddler group told me that she never bothered with pt as she got so stressed about it, in the end her dc just 'trained themselves' at around 3. That's the approach we are going for now, waiting for him to decide as he doesn't like the potty (has had some success in the past with weeing at the toilet like daddy) and doesn't respond to stickers, sweets bribery. It is like he enjoys doing the opposite to whatever we want with EVERYTHING! We also have a 10 mth old dd so I can't give him the one on one attention of taking him to the toilet every 5 mins and cleaning up accidents. I'm trying to relax and just hopes he gets there in the end.
