Erm, yes! lol, Bless her

My dd1 went to a wedding with no knickers on - a really pretty knee length dress ...and no knicks!

I had to stop her from cartwheeling that day

lol DD went to school last year and as we crossed the playground and the breeze went up her skirt she realised she'd forgotten to put any knickers on. I had to do a quick dash home and get her a pair - she was so embarrassed!

NorbertDentressangle · 12/06/2009 19:38

My DDs friend (aged 8!!) went to school without knickers on. Her rather lame excuse being "my Mum didn't put any out for me".

I had a chat with DD following this to check that she would have the good sense to get some pants out of the drawer and wear them should I ever forget to put some out for her.

knickers or pants? what's the consensus?

KittyWalker · 12/06/2009 20:38

knickers. If you were to ask 3 year old DS girls wear knickers boys wear pants. I have no idea where he's got that from.

moondog · 12/06/2009 20:40

knickers
The word 'pants' makes me wince.

TripleTroubleMuffin · 12/06/2009 20:42

I am wishing the woman I saw today had put her knickers on.

moondog · 12/06/2009 21:07

Let's here the whole sorry tale.

TripleTroubleMuffin · 12/06/2009 21:12

I saw the shape of everything. And I mean everything.

Some ladies shouldn't wear jogging trousers.

More than a bit.

I couldn't quite believe it tbh.

odisco · 12/06/2009 22:13

Aaah. Camel-toe

Jux · 12/06/2009 22:20

Ha! We used to call dd "X no-knickers Y".

Rollergirl1 · 12/06/2009 22:54

I am strictly a knickers girl but call them pants with my 3yr old DD. Dunno why but 'knickers' seems a little bit too adult a word to use in relation to her.

But anyway, she takes them off wherever and whenever she can. Had a friend round today that hadn't seen in a long while and during conversation with her found my DD's knickers stuffed in the corner of the sofa where friend was sat. She must have seen them but was too polite to comment.

I also realised after friend had gone that she had been going to the loo all afternoon with DD's toilet seat still sat there on the loo. Bless her.
