I did ask her and the only thing she came up with was a kitten. I don't really want a kitten right now, we already have a cat and have two holidays planned this summer so it's not really a good idea.

She already has a watch.

I don't really think she'd get any use from an ipod. She has cd player in her room which she does use a lot.

Any more inspiration?

A new outfit?
Camera?
Roller skates/heelys?
Something for the garden like swing ball/skipping rope/scooter.
A new board game?

stripeypineapple · 04/06/2009 14:04

She might like a camera, she's always asking for my phone to take pictures with it.

I'll see if anywhere has anything aimed at kids.

Thanks all.

A bike, I think!

Vtech and fisher price do kids ones but might be a bit young for her now.
Most basic digital cameras would be fine for a 7yr old.

shrinkles can get all sorts various prices, colour, get adult to put in oven on low heat and then they um shrink and you make things out of them...
Speed stacking is something that a lot of schools are now taking up as a 'sport' encourages good hand eye coordination and right/left brain working in general I think, is sort of an educational craze, but maybe not happening where you are??? they are something and nothing really, kind of plastic cups, but my dd hearts them -
good luck with camera if thats what you are getting
