Potty training - twin boys 28 mths - advice please!

Started potty training twins boys after Friday afternoon sleep, so now 2.5 days in. We had a ok-ish start - but today problems for each as follows:

DS1 - holding on to wees (no poos at all today so far). Will not sit on potty, will sit on potty in pants. 1 success 1 accident today. (Actually did really well yesterday - poo & a couple of wees in potty - v. proud of himself)

DS2 - really just ignores the situation. A lot of "dribbles" in pants and really only 2 successes since we started (wee only) and now just wees anywhere except on potty. He knows what he needs to do as he tells us - but then does the opposite! (Tried to train him 2 months ago, but he got very upset an withdrawn after 2 days)

Bit worried as DH back to work Tues, and will be on my own. Would it be best to try one at a time, put DS2 back in nappy as he has not really been on the potty at all?

Have tried to stop "reminding" them so often today, as I thin we are all sick of the repetition and it is not helping!

Or am I just expecting too much? (We are using sticker charts as "incentive" at the moment?)

Thank you!

i'd keep going, once if one of the boys starts going on the potty more and gets lots of praise, the other boy might see this and want to do it himself? If its stressing him out after a few days and he becomes withdrawn again then i'd probabily wait a little longer, good luck!
