We potty trained DD at easter. She has the odd accident still mainly little bit in pants not getting there quite in time but always change pants if this happens. This week she has what seems like nappy rash with red bits both front & back and complaining about it being sore. She wears pull-ups (have just started new brand) at night but generally dry in morning. Sudacrem not really helping much. We use dry loo roll for wees & moist for poos. Do you think it is a reaction to something we are using or an infection?
