DS is 2.6years and has been dry in the day for about 6 months. He has also been having dry nappies during the night for a good few weeks but haven't had the courage to ditch them before. We used the last pull up last night so ds is just in his jammies tonight. The mattress protector is on, he has had a wee before bed and knows to shout on me if he needs a wee in the night but I am still apprehensive (I hate middle of the night bed changes and havent had to do any for a while for dd who is 5.6years).

Hope it all goes well and that he has a nice dry bed come morning and doesnt shout every 5 minutes that he needs the toilet!!

Good luck! Mine likes to be dry when he has a pull-up on and wee all over the bed without one. Then again, he's only 2.2 yrs so no rush.

It went very well last night. DS came through at 6.55am saying he needed a pee and had dry jammies and a dry bed. I heard him cough a few times in the night but he never shouted on us for the toilet so that is a result
