help - borrowed phil and ted's how do I put it up and down?!

My friend has kindly leant us her pushchair for a trip to london and the instructions to put it up went in one ear and out the other. please help - I feel a bit embarrassed to admit failure in person but can cope with admitting it on mumsnet!

Is it an E3 or a Sport? (Sport has adjustable handle and window in hood)

If it's folded already, kick move the front wheel and then grab handle bar and move into upright position.

To collapse, there are 2 knobs you have to pull and then it sort of goes a bit limp

The 2 knobs are on either side, where it folds a little way up from the front wheel, sort of level with the front of the front seat. On mine, one is a knob which you pull and the other is a lever which you press. It's a bit fiddly and make sure you keep your fingers well out of the way of the folding part when it collapses - a friend of a friend chopped half a centmetre off the end of his finger when he got it wrong!

If it's got the second seat on the back, you have to take that off before you fold it up again.
