Advice needed - 3yo has a tiny cold, unsure if this is a problem to another 3yo who has CF

My 3yo has a very tiny cold - so tiny that I have just heard him sniff once today and once yesterday. He has no temperature, no other symptoms, no problems at all and I don't even think he knows he has this cold.

I am fairly certain he caught this at nursery. I am unsure whether to send him to nursery tomorrow - I definately would not think twice about sending him otherwise, but there is another 3yo at the nursery who has cystic fibrosis and I am worried about her getting this cold from my DS.

Should I keep him home tomorrow? (Just to add that the nursery have not given any special sickness instructions to us, the girl's parents told me she had CF at another time when DS was not ill or anything).

Thanks for any help, it's no problem for me to keep DS home, I just don't want to cause a problem for this little girl.

I would take her but ask nursery teacher, or ring befoehand.

Sadly tiny colds are not really aovidable in RL, however it is good to be careful and wise to ask
