have used reusables since dd was 2 weeks old, she is now 9 months. Over the last 2 months she has been getting blistering nappt rash! (which cleared up on hols when using pampers!)

Should i quit?? Or could this be solvable??

I dry pail. Am using bold 2 in 1, before that used fairy (bio). I always extra rinse. Fleece and paper liners and 2 parters (sandys . and airflow)

Ideas ladies please.

It might not be your nappies - but your disposable wipes?

You could try washable wipes with your own solution of strong camomile tea with a drop of lavender/tea tree oil.

Works wonders for me and a friend whose little one is v sensitive to all the commercial wipes.

You could also try fleece or silk liners which would be much softer on her little bum than the paper ones.

I've just started using washable wipes and all nappy rash has cleared up. I use 2 cups water, 1/2 desert spoon of baby wash and 1 desert spoon baby oil, works a treat. Maybe worth a try before you give up on washable nappies??
