Softbots order - anyone else ordered from them during RNW?

I placed an order on Saturday for 20 Bum Genius. They phoned me this morning to say the courier was having difficulty locating my address. I called them straight back and they said they'd get the courier to ring me.

This was a 9:30 this morning! Since then I have left four answering machine messages for SoftBots asking them to call me to let me know what was happening and they haven't returned my call.

Anyone else expecting a delivery or had a delivery from them this week?

I've just sent a text to the number on the website as it looks like a mobile number. I'm really not impressed with their communication so far.

Also, I'm a bit concerned by the amount of spelling mistakes on their website. Not very professional IMHO, I hope I'm proved wrong.

I ordered a wrap (very restrained!) haven't heard anything yet but they said things would be delayed due to high order levels.
Would expect better customer service when you've spent that much money with them. Hope you get it sorted.

I saw what they'd written about high demand and a slight delay. What's got me is that I had an email yesterday saying they'd dispatched my order then a phonecall this morning saying the courier was having difficulty locating my address, then NOTHING! I'm really fed up and feel like cancelling my order.

I think it's completely rubbish that I've left 5 messages now and haven't had a phonecall. Really poor customer service. I wouldn't even mind it if they phoned and said they weren't delivery today.

How long does a phonecall take?

GRRRRRRRRRR

I paid with paypal and the money has gone. At least with paypal I guess I have some comeback.

I placed an order (£110 worth) last weekend and haven't heard a thing since. I presume she is overwhelmed by RNW orders. I got quite a quick response from an email enquiry (albeit prior to my payment!) so it might be worth dropping her an email if you're getting no joy over the phone. I placed an order with Babykind the same day and that stuff arrived 3 days ago! Sadly they don't do Bumgenius. Let's hope we don't have to wait too much longer

I think the communication is dreadful. When I did get through that first time this morning I got the impression she couldn't wait to get me off the phone. She just kept saying over and over I'll get the courier to call you. It couldn't have been much clearer that I would be waiting by the phone when I said to her 'OK I'll keep the phone in my hand then' !

I can't believe how angry this is getting me, I must be feeling very hormonal today! I've sent them an email, copied below, ob without contact info.

I have now left 5 answering machine messages and a text message simply asking for a phone call to let me know what is happening with my order. I'm sure you'll agree my order is a substantial one.

You kindly phoned me at 9:30 this morning to tell me the courier was having difficulty locating my address. I understood this meant the driver was 'out and about' trying to find me. I did ask this on the phone but wasn't given an answer, you told me the courier would phone me back. My words were 'I'll keep the phone in my hand'. Apart from going out a short while around lunch time I have been waiting in all day for this delivery.

As you can appreciate I'm not very happy. All I asked for was a quick phonecall to let me know what was happening. I completely understand, as you've mentioned on your website that you have had a large volume of orders because of real nappy week but I would have appreciated a quick phonecall. I'm not an unreasonable person and don't mind a short delay, but communication is poor, it feels like my calls have been ignored.

Please contact me asap or I will have no choice but to cancel my order as I'm feeling somewhat nervous now that £240 has gone out of my account and I have no goods and no idea of when they'll arrive.

After sending the email the lady from Softbots phoned me. She was very apologetic and said her phone had been off all day and that she was under the impression that it would have been all sorted by the courier company as she'd left my details with them.

I'm cross that I didn't email much earlier in teh day. GRRRRRR

Have to wait til flipping Monday now. Sometimes weekends are a pain

I ordered 2 tots bots pockets and they arrived in middle of week sometime, think it was tue or wed. I found them ok in my experience

To be fair to her, she was very apologetic. Just a bit rubbish that she had her phone switched off all day yesterday.

I'll update when I receive my package.
