HELP Proof reading dissertation to be handed in tomorrow ...should title be a question?

I'm just wondering if the title should be framed as a question eg

'What skills do dissertation proof readers need?'

I thought it would be better as

'An assessment of the skills required to facilitate successful proof reading of dissertations?'

Please excuse rubbish examples. it's early and I'm getting over a virus!!I thought that when I wrote mine we were told to HAVE a question to explore but NOT to use it as the title.

I've Googled and could get someone with dubious qualifications to write it but can't see any clear guidelines.

Can't think of many dissertations I've read that were framed as a question, so I'd avoid if I were you.

I'm proof reading for my niece, and am old fogey so I was concerned that things had changed since 'my day'!

Thanks for your reply
Obviously I MEANT to put:

'An assessment of the skills required to facilitate successful proof reading of dissertations'
