How to fold disposable liner in cloth nappy?

DS has recently started solids so we're starting to use liners in his nappy. We're just folding them in half and putting them in the middle towards the back, but they tend to get all scrunched up in the crease of his bum, and half of the poo is still all over his nappy.

Is there a better/accepted way of folding and placing the nappy to catch all the poo properly? Thanks.

Dont fold it in half, just place over back of nappy, any overlap will still tuck inside the wrap IYSWIM.

cut them in half to get more use out of your roll. Definitely do not fold them or you'll get leaks.

Yep - another vote for cutting in half rather than folding
