I am SO pleased!

I've just realised that DD (4) and DS (2.8) have started playing really nicely together

They do still squabble like hell, but they can spend a significant (mumsnettable) amount of time playing happily...hurrah! It's a bit like having a permanent playdate (with the advantage that I don't have to be nice to someone else's kid )

Enjoy it while you can... the novelty will soon wear off, and you will become permanent referee to the permanent playdate competitors

legacy - no no, that's what I mean...they've always been so squabbly but now they seem to have cracked it.

Congratulations, my DSs were MUCH older (about 4 and 6) before they could play peacefully for more than 5 minutes. Makes it all worth it!

They actually seem to like... nay love each other now
